As a practicing anesthetist at Johns Hopkins Hospital (JHH), my professional career has been defined by high clinical standards, safety, and advocacy for vulnerable populations. However, my passion for this specific community began years ago when I worked directly as a Direct Support Professional (DSP). That hands-on role allowed me to understand the daily lives, challenges, and aspirations of the individuals we serve.

 

For me, this mission is also personal. My own family history includes loved ones who would have greatly benefited from quality DDA services. I know firsthand the complexities families face, and I understand the emotional weight of choosing a provider.
