Supported Living

Supported Living is a residential service model that provides individualized, drop-in supports to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who live in their own homes. Unlike a traditional group home (Community Living Arrangement), where a provider owns or leases the property and staffs it 24/7, Supported Living ensures that the participant holds the lease to their home and maintains control over their living arrangement. Professionally trained staff come to the participant's home on a customized, flexible schedule to promote maximum independence and community inclusion.

Core Areas of Support

Financial Management

Helping the individual build budgets, pay monthly rent and utilities, and manage personal banking safely.

Housing Navigation

Assisting the individual in finding accessible houses and apartments.

Health and Safety

Providing medication monitoring, coordinating medical appointments, and practicing emergency home safety protocols.
